As a District Sales Manager, you will have an opportunity to make a huge impact with a company making big changes to their operations. You will be responsible for 5-10 retail stores with store managers and up to 100 retail associates. This is an opportunity to write your own story as a sales and operational leader and grow your business leadership skills.
In the DSM role, you will be responsible for creating a culture of operational excellence, hiring and developing the future sales leaders of the organization, teaching your teams how to exceed customer service metrics, and driving same store sales throughout your region.
Required qualifications
Ability to travel across your territory via car (driver's license required) and work flexible retail hours (7 days a week, 9AM to 9PM)
Strategic problem solving
Analysis of sales, labor, inventory, marketing and customer service metrics
POS system experience
2 + years of experience as a District Sales Manager or a long history of single, same-store management (7+ years)
