Title: Tax Coordinator

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for assembling tax returns with all related attachments without error, have knowledge of e-filing as well as strong knowledge of U.S due dates and standard form filings. Coordinators will be asked to perform all EA functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· E-File tax returns, forms, and all related reports, tax payments and documentation. Monitor rejections
· Generate reports to accurately maintain the released database as well as pending tax returns that are ready to be released
· Assist with tax configuration/defaults
· Process client onboarding and exits
· Prioritize and organize all tax returns submitted for processing to ensure timely completion.
· E‐File operations maintenance
· Create and manage due dates and projects in CCH Axcess Workflow (FKA XCM)
· Process tax documents uploaded to SafeSend
· Coordinate assembly workflow and process
· Timely coordination of the delivery of assembled tax returns to clients
· Serve as liaison with Senior Management/Partners to address tax packages/returns
· Draft professional correspondence (as needed)
· Assist with tracking notices, audits, and amended returns
· Provide administrative support as needed, such as coordinating meetings, travel, etc. for Tax Partners
· Assist with sorting and distributing mail in office
· Ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by leadership
