TITLE: Hospitality Teammate                 

DAYS/HOURS: 2pm to 9 pm 

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate: $21.00 -$24 per hour, plus Overtime

Shifts: Various Shifts

 

We are seeking to hire Hospitality Teammates to support event operations. We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, team player with a passion for hospitality and live event industry to help create an inviting and memorable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will help to provide excellent and attentive service by greeting and seating our customers, hosting tables, and mingling with the guests and influencers. 

 

The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a team-centric attitude.

We are seeking experienced hospitality members who can welcome guests warmly as they enter the lounge, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.

 

Responsibilities:

• Usher customers to their seating areas.

• Event Ticketing

• Manage the arrangements for VIP experience.

• Build relationships with clients.

• Concierge Hospitality Services

• Event Production Support

• Brand Ambassadors 

• Translators, including ASL

 

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the client oriented environment. Being outgoing is a must!

 

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

 

Work closely with the management team to ensure that service runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

Act as brand ambassadors by speaking positively and knowledgeably about the event.

 

Support event setups, including tables, chairs, and other event elements, as needed.

 

Treat all fans with care and respect as an ambassador and host 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Guest Services: Greet event attendees, providing information and assistance as needed to enhance their experience. 

● Providing services to guests who need mobility assistance from one location to another within the defined perimeter, campus, and stadium. 

● Log all services provided to guests through our smartphone application.

● Take direction from event Supervisors and follow proper ADA protocols for all guests as instructed in training. 

 

Requirements/Skills:

●Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. 

● Have a smartphone which will be used for communication and logging your work through our operational application. 

● Ability to work outside in various weather conditions. 

● Stamina to complete the entire shift.
