ROLE

The Sr. Specialist, Internal Communications plays a critical role in fostering effective communication and engagement within the organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Director, Internal Communications in developing and executing strategic internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities and promoting a culture of transparency and employee trust. This individual will bring expertise in the execution of visually compelling communications with the balance of ensuring the delivery of priority, key messages.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

·      Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications or related field, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc…) and SharePoint Technologies.

·      Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging employees through compelling content.
