Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Hybrid

Position Summary

The Sales Analyst, Convenience and Gas, performs complex analyses and provides recommendations to support leadership decision making and drive long-term channel strategy. This role serves as the primary point of contact for information within the convenience account universe for assigned accounts and partners with management to execute retailer and national business plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analyses using multiple reports and data sources to support sales recommendations
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis under tight deadlines as defined by account leadership
  • Assist with monthly reporting in collaboration with Trade Finance and Business Insights teams
  • Produce fact-based presentations supporting national sales initiatives
  • Provide consistent communication platforms including sales meetings and executive updates
  • Develop internal and external relationships to serve as a trusted sales data resource
  • Remain current on industry and business trends impacting sales efforts
  • Support team initiatives with urgency, accountability, and quality execution
  • Lead projects impacting the Small Format landscape for assigned accounts
  • Support territory expansion and business case development initiatives
  • Establish best practice reporting standards and maintain weekly and monthly updates
  • Create templates and executive summaries tracking core initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret sales data and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Strong customer service orientation across organizational levels
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting national retail accounts
  • Exposure to Trade Finance and Business Insights collaboration
  • Project management experience within sales organizations
  • Experience within convenience or small format retail channels
