As part of our behavioral services team, you'll develop and oversee individualized behavioral intervention and skill training programs for adults with developmental disabilities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Behavioral Analysis Support Plans (BASPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Quarterly Progress Reports with data visuals
- Train and coach residential and ADT staff on program implementation and fidelity
- Monitor behavioral data weekly and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families, guardians, staff, and specialists to support individual goals
- Participate in team meetings, annual Support Plan meetings, and psych consultations
- Maintain accurate records and meet all APD reporting requirements
Background qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Psychology or related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- 1+ year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel between locations (typically 1 site/day)
Certifications Required:
- CPR Certification
- PCM Level II Certification
- Active BCBA Certification
- APD required training certifications
