Position Summary

We are seeking highly motivated PhD-level scientists with proven industry experience to join our dynamic team. Multiple positions are available at various levels, with opportunities to focus on cellular biology, molecular biology, or a combination of both disciplines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and analyze complex cell-based and molecular biology experiments
  • Develop and optimize protocols for primary cell culture, differentiation, and organoid systems
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to support client projects and internal research initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data and insights
  • Contribute to scientific reports, presentations, and client communications
  • Mentor junior scientists and support laboratory operations as needed


Required Qualifications

  • PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience (biotech, pharma, or CRO environment)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in mammalian cell biology
  • Demonstrated proficiency in primary iPSC culture and differentiation
  • Experience with organoid development and maintenance
  • Solid foundation in analytical techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, microscopy, high-content imaging, biochemical assays)
  • Expertise in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, ELISA, gene expression analysis, CRISPR)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot experimental challenges
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a CRO or contract services environment
  • Track record of supporting multiple concurrent projects
  • Familiarity with GLP/GMP guidelines
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals
