We're Hiring: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
We are a behavioral health organization seeking a passionate and skilled BCaBA to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention and skill training programs (caseload ≤ 20)
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavioral Analysis Support Plans (BASPs), and Quarterly Progress Reports
- Monitor and analyze behavioral data weekly; adjust programs as needed
- Train and coach direct care staff on program implementation and fidelity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and guardians
- Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory reporting deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- Active BCaBA certification (required)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- 1+ year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
- CPR & PCM Level II certifications (or ability to obtain)
Position Details:
- Community-based (group homes & day program settings) | Travel required
- Full-time| Occasional evenings/weekends
- Supervision provided by a qualified BCBA per board requirements
