We're Hiring: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)


We are a behavioral health organization seeking a passionate and skilled BCaBA to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention and skill training programs (caseload ≤ 20)
  • Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavioral Analysis Support Plans (BASPs), and Quarterly Progress Reports
  • Monitor and analyze behavioral data weekly; adjust programs as needed
  • Train and coach direct care staff on program implementation and fidelity
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and guardians
  • Maintain accurate records and meet regulatory reporting deadlines


What We're Looking For:

  • Active BCaBA certification (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
  • CPR & PCM Level II certifications (or ability to obtain)


Position Details:

  • Community-based (group homes & day program settings) | Travel required
  • Full-time| Occasional evenings/weekends
  • Supervision provided by a qualified BCBA per board requirements
