Surgical Account Executive - Phoenix, AZ

Exciting Opportunity to join a Company with an emerging technology used in surgery for wound healing and to control bleeding during a variety of surgical specialties. Successful Candidates Must have strong Operating Room/Surgery experience. Must be selling into Surgery and the Operating Room with a focus on either Plastic, Trauma, General Surgeons, Cardiac Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons, or Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons. Experience must be in capital or single-use device selling a procedural surgeon-driven product.

Must be willing to cover AZ & NV, with about 35-40% travel.

Candidates must be based in Phoenix, AZ

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be ideally based in or near the Phoenix area.
• Must have 5+ years of selling surgical devices to Surgeons with a focus on Plastic, Trauma, General, Vascular, and Cardiac Surgeons. 
• Selling capital equipment is a plus but not required.
• Ideal candidate will be selling emerging technology and changing the way a surgeon does a procedure.

Base Salary: $100,000  

Total Comp @ Plan: $200,000 TO $205,000

Compensation: $100K base salary, $200-205K at plan
