Surgery Regional Sales Director – North East, Men's Health & Urology

Location: New York City Metropolitan Area

Territory: Northeast (includes NYC, Long Island, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME)

Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 base + incentive plan (OTE $300,000+, top performers earning $400,000)

About the Role: Will lead a team of 10:

• 6 Sales Representatives
• 4 Clinical Specialists

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Surgery/Operating Room/Implantable Device sales
• Operating Room and private practice experience required
• Background in Urology or Men’s Health is highly preferred
• Must reside in the New York City metro area
