Account Manager Job Description

Mid-sized family-owned elevator service company looking for a motivated individual to join our growing operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Industry experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage simultaneous projects
• Candidate must be self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft office and be trainable on a variety of service software platforms.

Job Duties

• Be responsible for and manage maintenance, service and repair, and modernization projects on a portfolio of over 600 units.
• Dispatch maintenance mechanics and service teams.
• Maintain customer relationships using efficient communication and project updates.
• Apply for and track job permits as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule annual testing.
• Work with the Senior Project Manager to facilitate any major service and repair work.
• Work with Senior Project Manager to create bids and proposals.
