Role Description

The Modernization Superintendent leads technical staff in modernization projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise modernization tasks and assign daily work
• Monitor project progress and timelines
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Mentor and train junior technicians
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Collaborate with managers to achieve project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline preferred OR relevant work experience
• 5-8 years of experience in modernization or technical project management in a hands-on, field environment
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills

Location and Travel

• Some travel is required throughout Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia areas
