Regional Sales Manger, Northeast - Remote

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue across the territory.

• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with elevator contractors, maintenance companies, consultants, and building owners/managers.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close and ongoing account management.

• Present technical product information to customers, specifiers, and engineers, covering specifications, applications, and integration requirements for two-way communication systems and position indicators.

• Provide hands-on technical support to contractors on-site, including installation assistance, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting. • Represent our comany at industry trade shows, conferences, and association events.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product and commercial strategy.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts. Requirements Essential • Proven background in the elevator industry with a strong understanding of the market and how products are specified, sold, and installed.

• Established network of relationships with elevator contractors, maintenance companies, and/or building owners in the Northeast US.

• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technical sales environment.

• Strong technical aptitude – able to understand, communicate, and present detailed product specifications.

• Willingness to provide hands-on technical support to contractors, including on-site assistance.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously to build a new territory.

• Excellent communication skills, engaging credibly with audiences from site engineers to senior management.

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the territory.


Desirable


• Experience with elevator communication systems, position indicators, or related life-safety / code compliance products.

• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME A17.1, ADA elevator communication requirements).

• Experience in a territory development or market entry role for a manufacturer or distributor.
