Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful installation and modernization of vertical transportation systems (elevators and lifts) on new construction sites and existing occupied facilities. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in elevator or vertical transportation installation, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Strong understanding of elevator systems and mechanical/electrical installations.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME A17.1, ADA, local building codes).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

• Combination of office and on-site work at active construction projects.
• Travel to various project locations in multiple states will be required. Overnight stays wil be required depending on individual project locations.
• Must be comfortable working in construction environments with exposure to heights and machinery.
