About the Role

A growing construction services company is seeking a Market Vice President (MVP) to lead business development, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships within a defined territory.

This is a high-impact, senior-level role for someone who enjoys building a market, developing long-term customer relationships, and owning the full lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to supporting project execution.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities
  • Identify and pursue projects with elevator companies, general contractors, and property managers
  • Maintain consistent outreach to generate and close new business

Build Relationships

  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in your market
  • Stay visible and engaged with clients and industry partners

Prepare Estimates & Proposals

  • Develop project estimates using internal tools and resources
  • Create clear, professional proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Support Project Execution

  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth project handoff
  • Communicate customer expectations, scope, and timelines
  • Stay engaged throughout the project to support customer satisfaction

Track Performance & Market Activity

  • Maintain pipeline visibility and provide regular updates
  • Forecast revenue and track progress toward goals
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction, elevator industry, or a related field
  • Background in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and priorities
  • Experience with estimating, proposals, or project coordination is a plus
