Interiors Superintendent – Corporate Interiors

10 Years of GC Experience | Commercial Interiors | North Carolina

This role is built for an experienced field leader who excels in fast‑paced, detail‑heavy corporate interiors work. The Interiors Superintendent will oversee all on‑site construction activities for tenant improvements, office renovations, medical interiors, and specialty corporate spaces across North Carolina. Candidates must bring 10 years of experience working for a general contractor on interior projects and the ability to manage tight schedules, occupied environments, and high‑finish expectations.

Overview Lead daily field operations on corporate interiors and TI projects. Fast‑paced work, tight spaces, high finish quality, and strong coordination with subs and building management.

Responsibilities

• Run demo‑to‑punch‑out field activities
• Drive subcontractor sequencing and production
• Oversee framing, drywall, ceilings, millwork, finishes, MEP coordination
• Manage logistics, deliveries, and site access
• Lead safety, QA/QC, and progress walks
• Resolve constructability issues; support schedule, procurement, and change management

Qualifications

• 10–15 years commercial interiors superintendent experience
• Strong interiors systems + fast‑track delivery expertise
• Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project proficiency
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
