Senior Construction Superintendent – Newport News region

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations and a team of superintendents to build multiple mid and high-rise jobs on same site.

• Drive schedule, quality, safety, and trade performance

• Manage P6 schedules, site logistics, and as‑built documentation

• Serve as the on‑site partner for owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners

• Oversee subcontractor performance, production, and punch lists

• Support budget alignment with project management

What You Bring

• Leadership experience managing other supers on large multifamily or high‑rise projects

• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5–7 years in a senior field role

• Proven success delivering $100M+ or 500+ unit projects

• High‑rise residential experience

• Strong trade partner management and team‑building skills

• Proficiency with Procore, P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• OSHA 30 / First Aid - CPR preferred
