Research Project Coordinator - Investment Market Insights

Hybrid (2x per week in office required)
Preference to be given to applicants within a commutable area to the office location.
My client, a leader in the investment market insights sector is looking for someone with an eye for detail who is comfortable working with numbers, has a strong knowledge of Excel and can identify errors or anomalies in data.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office at least 2x per week.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: The candidate will be required to assist in the development and execution of project plans and schedules. They must understand project overlaps, track status and provide updates on project progress, and assist in the implementation of project deadlines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure smooth survey delivery.
- Technical Operations: The candidate will be expected to independently use firm systems which include Qlik and Hubspot, to carry out the operational processes.
- Client Engagement: Interaction with external contacts to explain voting process and survey methodology, as well as encouraging participation in the surveys. A professional and efficient approach is essential.
- Database Operation: Data cleansing to ensure accurate demographic information, eligibility of participants and quality of voting for research projects, working with other project managers and database team. Monitor and maintain accurate contact data in CRM.
- Survey Results: Assist with preparation of survey results publication. Review results for processing errors, year-on-year trends, missing information.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a data research role
- Robust project planning and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
- Demonstrate experience of multi-tasking in a complex environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good communication with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational skills, a superior work ethic and extreme attention to detail
- Creative and critical thinking skills to analyze data and uncover insights
- Some client service experience would be beneficial
- IT Literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office (including strong Excel skills)
- Understanding of financial markets preferred.
This is a full time position with benefits. Salary range from $65K-$75K USD and variable bonus.
