About the Opportunity

We have a new opportunity to join our independent Emergency Medicine group in Victoria, Texas! We are seeking a Emergency Medicine Experienced Physician Assistant for a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, modern emergency department with a focus on clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and long-term growth potential.

We offer a competitive $97 per hour plus benefits, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative practice environment designed for physician assistants who value both quality of care and professional growth.

Position Highlights:

• $97 per hour
• Level III trauma center
• 35,000+ annual ED visits
• 25-bed Emergency Department
• 34 hours of physician coverage and 33 Hours of APP coverage daily
• Predictable 12 & 10-hour shifts for balanced scheduling

Qualifications

• Emergency Medicine Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider

Compensation & Benefits
