About the Opportunity

Practice across a community hospital emergency department and a growing freestanding emergency department in Olympia and Lacey, Washington. You'll treat a diverse patient population while working alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

• $215,000 with comprehensive benefit plan and profit sharing
• 130-140 hours per month (approximately 13-14 shifts)
• Flexible 10-hour shifts with no overnights
• 75,000 combined annual visits in hospital and freestanding ED
• Quarterly RVU and patient experience bonus opportunities
• Epic EMR with collegial, physician-led culture

Qualifications

• PA-C
• Washington license or eligibility
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship or 1+ year of Emergency Medicine experience
• Strong clinical and procedural skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
