About the Opportunity

We have a rare opportunity to join our independent Emergency Medicine group in Houston, Texas! We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time equivalent position. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, modern emergency department with a focus on clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and long-term growth potential.

We offer a competitive $280/hour, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative practice environment designed for physicians who value both quality of care and professional growth.

Position Highlights:

• $280/hour base
• 25,000+ annual ED visits
• 30-bed Emergency Department with dedicated trauma bays
• 24/7 radiology, CT, and ultrasound support
• 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 Hours of APP coverage daily. Strong nursing support.
• Predictable 12-hour shifts for balanced scheduling

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Eligible for Texas medical license
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and team-based medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• $280/hour
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Flexible scheduling (full-time 10-shifts a month)
