About the Opportunity

Resilience Wellness is pleased to announce a fully remote opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). This role offers 100% telehealth delivery and the ability to work from any location, provided the candidate holds an active North Carolina counseling license.

The incoming clinician will join a well-established behavioral health team that collaborates closely with our medication management providers and has support from our Clinical Director/Therapist. Our organization supports patients referred by a large primary care and pediatric practice group with multiple clinics across North Carolina, as well as patients from outside this network. This structure provides a dependable referral stream and access to existing medical records for continuity of care.

Position Highlights

• Fully Remote: Work from any location within the U.S. (must hold a valid NC license)
• Flexible Scheduling: 40-hour work week with the option to work outside traditional 8–5 hours.
• Strong Referral Base: Most of our patients come directly from our primary care partners, ensuring consistent caseload availability.
• Robust Support Team: Includes a Clinical Director/Therapist, a medication management team (a PA and a DNP), 8 additional therapists, two billing and scheduling specialists, two practice managers, credentialing support personnel, IT support team, HR, and a supervising psychiatrist.
• EHR Platform: AllScripts EMR.
• Patient Care Model: Standard 1-hour visits to support meaningful, patient-centered care.

Additional Information

Although this role is fully remote, Resilience Wellness provides a comprehensive operational and clinical support structure. All required IT equipment is shipped directly to the provider’s designated workspace, and our IT department is available for connectivity or hardware assistance. Familiarity with AllScripts and/or existing credentialing with major North Carolina insurance plans is helpful but not required.
