About the Opportunity

We have a new opportunity to join our independent Emergency Medicine group in Victoria, Texas! We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, modern emergency department with a focus on clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and long-term growth potential.

We offer a competitive $310/hour, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative practice environment designed for physicians who value both quality of care and professional growth.

Position Highlights:

• $310/hour
• Level III trauma center
• ABEM, Family Medicine & Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine Experience accepted.
• 35,000+ annual ED visits
• 34 hours of physician coverage and 33 Hours of APP coverage daily
• 25-bed Emergency Department
• Housing provided for those looking to travel in and block shifts together.
• Predictable 12 & 10-hour shifts for balanced scheduling

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Eligible for Texas medical license
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and team-based medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• $310/hour
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Flexible scheduling (full-time 10-shifts a month)
