About the Opportunity

Commonwealth Critical Care, a respected physician-owned Critical Care group in Leesburg, Virginia, is seeking a Full-Time, Hospitalist Physician to join our high-acuity practice at Inova Loudoun Hospital. The Hospitalist is responsible for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) with 24/7 Intensivist and APP support. This opportunity provides meaningful autonomy, exceptional clinical support, and a practice culture centered on compassionate and progressive critical care medicine.

Position Highlights

• Highly competitive compensation & benefits
• 12-hour shifts (Day shifts currently available)
• Practice within a 311-bed community hospital
• Inova Loudoun Hospital – the only Trauma Center and NICU in Loudoun County
• 37 Critical Care Beds Total: 12-bed ICU, 14-bed IMCU, 11-bed STICU
• Internist will be responsible for the 14-Bed IMCU with concurrent APP coverage.
• Excellent support team including skilled APPs, nursing staff, medical assistants, and strong Hospitalist & Consult services
