We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role supports small business clients by handling policy renewals, processing, and day-to-day customer service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for small business accounts, including marketing, quoting, and coverage reviews.
• Handle policy processing tasks, such as endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system, documenting all client interactions.
• Collaborate with producers and account managers to support overall client retention and growth.
• Assist clients in understanding coverage options and policy changes in clear, straightforward terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance (CSR or account support role preferred).
• Strong knowledge of policy renewals, processing, and servicing small business accounts.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with an agency management system (AMS360 or similar).
• Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within a short period).
