Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation is preferred
• Knowledge of 3D printing processes or particular interest
• Background in construction and quality control preferred
• Understanding of robotic systems, automation tools, and robot safety preferred
• Familiarity with concrete mixing and production standards (bonus)

Job Summary

We are seeking 3D Printing Robotics Operators to support and manage 3D printing construction activities on job sites. This role involves operating large-scale construction 3D printers, overseeing material systems, and utilizing basic software to ensure smooth operations.

Operators will play a key role in delivering 3D-printed construction projects, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to timelines, and seamless collaboration with supply chain and construction teams. This includes coordinating project schedules, managing costs, handling information flow, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

The position is based in Houston and will require work both onsite at active construction projects and at a warehouse production facility. The role reports to the Head of Operations and works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
