Join the Prevail Elite: Top 10% @ Prevail Recruiting

At Prevail Recruiting, we’re building a new kind of recruiting firm - one where elite recruiters thrive and companies finally get the partner they deserve.

We aren’t another boiler room staffing shop. We’re recruiter-centric, tech-driven, and built for performance:

  • Massive upside: up to 50% commission on placements, plus 10%/5% overrides on your team.
  • Agentic AI + LDS (Lead Distribution System): proprietary tools that feed you qualified leads, not just “good luck and grind.”
  • 4-Day Workweek (“Optional Fridays”): work hard, win big, and keep your life.
  • Top 10% Club: only proven producers join this team. If you’re not elite, you won’t fit.
  • Best-in-class benefits: for a W-2 recruiter at a firm our size, you’ll find our healthcare, perks, and protections hard to beat. Why? Because is health=wealth.

What You’ll Do

  • Run a full 360 desk (clients + candidates) in the industries you know best.
  • Partner with venture-backed startups, PE-backed companies, and high-growth clients who need talent fast.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tech + AI to source, engage, and close at speed.
  • Collaborate with a crew of senior recruiters who have done it at the highest level.
  • Build a team of some of the best in the industry.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record: consistent $500k+ billings annually, or you know you’re on that trajectory.
  • Ability to manage clients and candidates end-to-end with speed, quality, and precision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: hungry, scrappy, competitive, resilient.
  • Team-oriented: success here is rewarded individually and collectively.

Why Prevail?

We’re not here to be the biggest. We’re here to be the best.

If you’re a recruiter in the top 10% of the industry, we’ll give you the comp, tools, and culture to prove it - and to scale it.
