As a Principal Recruiter, you’ll be more than just a producer. You’ll be a leader, mentor, and market-maker — someone who helps us scale while still running a high-performing desk.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example with full-desk recruiting across your specialty verticals.
- Manage high-value client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Use our proprietary Agentic AI + Lead Distribution System (LDS) to source smarter and close faster.
- Play a key role in shaping team culture, performance standards, and process excellence.
What You Bring
- Proven top-performer: $400k+ annual billings (or clear track record at that level).
- 7+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred, executive search or technical a plus).
- Strong leadership instincts — you’re ready to build, coach, and inspire.
- A reputation for speed, quality, and precision in delivery.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Perks
- Up to 50% commission on your placements.
- Override opportunity (10%/5%) on team as you mentor/lead.
