  • Present and explain a range of coverage options, considering client operations, loss history, and market trends.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with carriers to obtain timely quotes, proposals, and policies.
  • Collaborate with producers on new business placements, ensuring a smooth transition from binding to account management.
  • Lead renewal processes, including marketing efforts, coverage reviews, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts.
  • Mentor and support team members to encourage collaboration and shared success.
  • Maximize the use of agency management systems (AMS360) through consistent, thorough documentation of client interactions.

Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience servicing commercial accounts (renewals, marketing, billing, endorsements, certificates, proposals, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance coverage and rating.
  • Active pursuit or completion of the CIC designation (or comparable certification) within two years.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities with strong organizational ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex insurance concepts.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle large workloads effectively.
  • Professional presence and customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with AMS360 is required.
  • Valid Property & Casualty license.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision).
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
  • 4.5% 401(k) contribution (subject to IRS limits).
  • Tuition reimbursement for continued education.
