The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Client Manager with a Property & Casualty license to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner that clients count on for proactive service, smart insurance solutions, and peace of mind.

You’ll take ownership of a dedicated book of business, managing renewals, proposals, and policy servicing while building long-term client relationships. One day you may be preparing a presentation for a renewal strategy meeting, the next you may be addressing a coverage change or supporting a producer with a new business opportunity. You’ll also collaborate closely with carriers, expand your market expertise, and work with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to keep growing their insurance career while making a meaningful impact for clients.


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
  • Property & Casualty license (required).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and carriers, with the ability to explain and compare options.
  • Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple accounts, deadlines, and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort using insurance platforms/tools.
  • A collaborative, client-first mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Interest in professional growth — designations such as CISR, CIC, CRM, CPCU, etc., are a plus (and we’ll support you in pursuing them).
