About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing day-to-day service needs, and supporting our producers to ensure clients receive top-tier service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional client service.
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business, including marketing and quoting.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, problem-solve coverage issues, and provide guidance on insurance programs.
  • Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency management system.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related role.
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages (GL, WC, Auto, Property, Umbrella, etc.).
  • Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
