The Role

As an early member of our go-to-market team, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and shaping our sales strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning strategic accounts, serving as both a consultative seller and a bridge between customers and our product/engineering teams.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and helping define the sales motion at a fast-growing startup.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and objectives.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of our platform.
  • Drive deals forward with disciplined pipeline management and well-defined next steps.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align customer needs with our roadmap.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our technology and advise prospects on how to get the most value.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings (quarterly travel expected).


Requirements

  • 4+ years of closing experience in B2B software sales, with a record of exceeding targets.
  • Background in managing longer complex consultative sales cycles for technical products.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with VP/C-suite IT and security leaders.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to excel in a fast-moving startup environment.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Early-stage startup sales experience.
  • Track record of selling into IT or security buyers.
