The Opportunity
Clutch is seeking a seasoned Global Events Director for a high-profile corporate client. This is a strategic leadership role designed for someone who can manage the intersection of policy, finance, and digital infrastructure on a global stage. You won't just be "planning events"—you will be architecting high-stakes experiences that define brand reputation and influence key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Global Strategy: Define and execute the strategy for global platforms and large-scale company events, including major stakeholder gatherings.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop and lead partnerships with organizations that bring together leaders across policy, finance, and digital infrastructure.

Brand Activations: Design and oversee speaker placements and brand activations that align with and amplify the corporate narrative.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary lead for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and messaging across all public engagements.

Executive Preparation: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to prepare them for high-impact appearances and global stages.
Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in strategic partnerships, executive events, or investor relations within a corporate environment (Finance sector experience preferred).

Strategic Judgment: A proven ability to identify industry trends and global stages that provide the highest ROI for brand reputation.

Executive Experience: A track record of designing sophisticated event experiences specifically for investors, policymakers, and C-suite leadership.

Project Leadership: Proficiency in complex project management; ability to lead multiple workflows and vendors under tight, high-pressure deadlines.

Collaboration: Expert-level interpersonal skills with a focus on advising and preparing senior executives.
