Clutch is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager/Director for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a social media strategy, create a content calendar, and produce engaging, compliant content for platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and others.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all social media content and activities strictly follow pharmaceutical regulations. You'll work closely with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams to get content approved.
- Monitoring & Engagement: Proactively monitor social channels to identify and respond appropriately to adverse events, product complaints, and patient inquiries, and address misinformation in a compliant manner.
- Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and prepare reports to show success and inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Pharma Regulations: An in-depth knowledge of compliance, patient safety, and the pharmaceutical regulatory environment is crucial.
- Must have pharma agency experience.
- Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Content Development: Proven ability to create compelling, informative, and brand-consistent content for different social media platforms.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in a variety of social media platforms and advertising managers, such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
