Salary: $150-200k DOE (w2)

Clutch is looking for a VP, Creative Director, Experiential with advertising or marketing agency experience for a client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the visionary creative lead and strategic partner for the agency’s events and experiences campaigns.
  • Lead the conceptualization of enterprise-level brand identities and "big idea" platforms that bridge the gap between complex clinical data and emotive, high-impact storytelling.
  • Drive the creative strategy and execution ensuring the brand’s narrative is flawlessly integrated across channels.
  • Partner with agency executive leadership to define the strategic direction for the business, contributing to organic growth.
  • Oversee the evolution of the brand voice throughout its lifecycle, ensuring messaging remains competitively differentiated and relevant amid changing market landscapes.
  • Foster a high-performing creative culture by managing and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of ACDs, Copywriters, and Art Directors, ensuring excellence in craft and professional growth.
  • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a consultant on creative strategy and market positioning.
  • Oversee the creative integrity, ensuring consistent pull-through across events, experiential, digital design, and AI innovation.
  • Champion innovation within the agency, identifying emerging trends in marketing.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in advertising, with a proven track record in a senior creative leadership role at an agency.
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing award-winning conceptual work and the successful leadership of events, experiences and innovation digital design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or similar required.
  • Demonstrated experience with emerging AI technology.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage large teams and complex, multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Superior presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and C-suite client executives.
  • Proven ability to balance high-level creative vision with the operational demands of a fast-paced, agency environment.
