Clutch is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Content Writer for a client of ours. This role will support both Internal Communications (employee engagement, leadership messaging, intranet content), External Communications (thought leadership, web copy, social media, and Executive Communications. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a strong grasp of corporate tone, voice, and audience segmentation.
Responsibilities:

Executive & Internal Strategy: Partner with the Investor Relations team to develop high-level executive materials, including speeches, video scripts, leadership memos, and scripts for internal podcasts.

Multi-Channel Storytelling: Produce a wide range of external assets such as press releases, thought leadership articles, social media content, corporate reports, and marketing collateral.

Content Ecosystem Management: Maintain the editorial calendar for blogs and internal spotlights while overseeing the distribution cadence across newsletters, the intranet, and digital channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with leadership, IT, and HR to ensure all messaging is synchronized with the company’s strategic objectives.

Business Unit Engagement: Build relationships across various business segments to source stories and maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant content.

Optimization & Performance: Implement SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices within the CMS; analyze performance metrics to refine and improve messaging impact.

Brand Guardianship: Establish and maintain a cohesive brand voice, ensuring every piece of content meets strict style and tone guidelines.

Audience Interaction: Manage corporate communication inquiries through social media and web channels to ensure high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in corporate writing, content creation, or communications in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of tone, voice, and audience targeting.
- Solid business acumen and ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language that is audience appropriate.
- Ability to work at all levels of the organization to mine stories, plan content, drive initiative and influence change
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity with stakeholders.
- Experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ownership and accountability for deadlines and quality.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or video production is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
