Clutch is looking for an experienced Associate Media Director with a background in the pharmaceutical space for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:

Lead Strategic Media Planning: Independently drive the creation of integrated, multi-channel media strategies for a diverse portfolio of healthcare accounts.

Oversee Multi-Channel Execution: Manage and optimize complex campaigns across a wide range of touchpoints, including digital, print, social, CTV, programmatic, and Point-of-Care (POC).

Client & Internal Advisory: Serve as a primary strategic lead for internal teams and a key consultant for clients, delivering proactive POVs on market shifts and emerging media opportunities.

Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior planning staff, delegating tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.

Data-Driven Storytelling: Collaborate with analytics partners to distill performance data into actionable insights, helping clients measure and maximize their ROI.

Operational Excellence: Manage assigned budgets, oversee the billing cycle, and evaluate new technology or software tools to enhance departmental capabilities.

Partner Relations: Act as a subject matter expert by maintaining strong relationships with media publishers and staying ahead of industry-specific media trends.
Qualifications:

Pharma Agency Pedigree: 8+ years of professional media planning experience, specifically within the life sciences or healthcare sectors.

Target Audience Mastery: Deep familiarity with media landscapes for both Healthcare Providers (HCP) and Patients/Consumers (DTC).

Technical Fluency: Expert-level knowledge of industry-specific data providers, publishers, and the regulatory parameters governing pharmaceutical advertising.

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate quantitative data into compelling, easy-to-understand strategic narratives.

Professional Toolkit: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and present impactful client-facing decks.

Growth-Oriented: A track record of delivering innovative media solutions that foster agency-client growth and challenge conventional planning models.
