Clutch is looking for a presentation specialist with agency experience for a client of ours.

This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography to ensure information is presented in an easy-to-understand format.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Designing and formatting slide decks for pharmaceutical clients while adhering to brand consistency and compliance guidelines.
• Translating complex data and scientific information into clear and impactful visual narratives, such as charts and infographics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, creative teams, and account managers, to ensure high-quality outputs and align with strategic business objectives.
• Creating custom graphics, managing presentation assets, and ensuring all materials are accurate and error-free.
• Working under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in presentation design and visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex content, particularly in healthcare or science fields.
• Experience working in a healthcare, pharma, or medical communications environment is often desired.
• Familiarity with compliance and referencing in pharma materials (e.g., ABPI) is a plus.
