Clutch is seeking an experienced Integrated Media Buyer for a client of ours—a high-performance agency needing an expert to manage large-scale media campaigns for a major Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) account. The ideal candidate excels at multi-channel media purchasing and has deep experience within a franchise environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Media Execution: Lead the negotiation, purchase, and execution of large-scale media campaigns across all key channels, including OHH, Paid Social, Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic, and Display.
  • OOH Management: Strategically manage Out-of-Home (OOH) media buys, encompassing both traditional and digital OOH placements across the US market.
  • Budget Oversight: Directly manage and optimize a significant media spend, typically around $5 million, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • QSR/Franchise Focus: Apply specialized knowledge of the QSR and franchise business model to develop media plans that effectively drive local traffic and sales goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records and tracking for all media purchases across the US to ensure accuracy and facilitate in-depth performance analysis.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a confident and well-spoken representative, presenting media strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure media plans are fully integrated and aligned with overall marketing objectives.



Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of dedicated experience as a Media Buyer, Media Planner, or similar role within an advertising or media agency.
  • QSR/Franchise Expertise: Direct, demonstrable experience working on QSR accounts with a strong understanding of the franchise structure and localized media needs.
  • Channel Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience buying and managing campaigns across a comprehensive set of channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, and OOH (Digital and Traditional).
  • Budget Acumen: Experience managing substantial media budgets (e.g., in the multi-million dollar range).
  • Soft Skills: Must be Confident and Well Spoken, possessing excellent presentation and interpersonal skills necessary to present well to high-level clients.
