Role: Account Strategist

Location: Remote okay (MUST be EST location! Preference for PA, NJ, NY)

Salary: $55-60k DOE

Clutch is looking for an Account Strategist with agency experience for a client of ours. Candidates should be well versed in AI and should be comfortable connecting brand, engagement, and omnichannel execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage creative strategy for agency clients across media, including branding, engagement, and overall campaign growth.
• Build a platform and messaging, positioning and persona to create a story.
• Provide and report audience insights, performance insights, trends, and adhere to brand guides.
• Provide recommendations for planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure all content and pages meet standards and align with current trends in the market.
• Use tools to track content engagement and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct audits to support new business.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience with an advertising or marketing agency is required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or similar required.
• Previous client-facing experience required in an account management or account strategy role.
• Familiarity with the timelines and project management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve platform issues.
• Experience with AI platforms to support workflows and client strategy.
• Proven track record of driving growth and performance.
• Proficiency in management and analytics tools.
• Experience in creative planning and optimization strategies.
