Clutch is looking for a "hungry," growth-oriented SVP, Group Account Director for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:

Business Development & Hunting: Proactively network and identify new business opportunities to expand the agency’s footprint; act as a primary driver of organic and inorganic growth.

Portfolio Oversight: Lead and scale a multimillion-dollar ($8M–$10M+) portfolio of healthcare brands, ensuring long-term strategic and financial success.

Executive Advisory: Serve as a high-level strategic partner to C-suite and VP-level clients, providing expert counsel on brand positioning and market navigation.

Commercial Stewardship: Maintain full P&L responsibility for the portfolio, managing forecasts, margins, and investment strategies to optimize profitability.

Strategic Vision: Set the overarching direction for integrated campaigns, ensuring creative, medical, and strategic outputs align with complex enterprise goals.

Relationship Management: Build and protect deep-rooted partnerships with senior stakeholders, anticipating business needs before they arise.

Operational Leadership: Streamline delivery models and forecasting disciplines to ensure high-quality execution across all workstreams.

Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with Creative and Strategy leads to foster an environment of innovation and high-performance standards.
Qualifications:

Experience: 12–15+ years of leadership within a healthcare communications or advertising agency environment.

Proven Track Record: Experience managing at least $8M–$10M in annual business with a demonstrable history of "hunting" and winning new accounts.

Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.

Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to simplify complex clinical or commercial data into compelling brand narratives.

Location: Must reside in the Tri-state area and be able to commute to the Center City Philadelphia office at least 3 days per month.
