Role: Associate Media Planner/Operations

Clutch is looking for an experienced Associate Media Planner for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:

Media Planning and Execution: Support the development and execution of paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, programmatic, and print. Build and optimize campaigns in Google/Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and DSPs.

Strategic Optimization: Conduct audience, keyword, and competitive research. Monitor pacing and performance to recommend optimizations that improve ROI. Execute testing strategies across audiences, bidding, and creative.

Operations & Coordination: Schedule internal and client media meetings; maintain status sheets, schedules, deadlines, and vendor spec sheets. Ensure all contracts and reporting files are properly saved in shared systems.

Creative Trafficking: Traffic digital and print assets based on vendor specs. Ensure tracking codes/UTMs are created and applied accurately and troubleshoot delivery issues with vendors and agencies.

Reporting & Analytics: Collect vendor performance reports, support dashboard reporting, and translate raw results into actionable insights and steps.

Billing & Finance: Manage SOWs, Quickbase projects, and invoicing schedules. Track PO numbers, code/reconcile vendor invoices, and confirm billing accuracy against media plans.
Qualifications:

Experience: 2–5+ years in paid media and/or media operations; agency experience is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and DSPs).

Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with trafficking, UTMs, analytics tracking, and invoice workflows.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, communication, and project-management skills.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
