Role: Program Manager - Pharma Agency

Location: Greater Boston, MA area - Fully onsite

Salary: $100-120k DOE

Clutch has a client looking for a Program Manager with pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency experience.

Responsibilities:

• Planning programs to achieve business objectives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare spaces
• Oversee milestones, deliverables, and resources
• Lead internal team and client relationships
• Create an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration
• Oversee all projects, including timelines, budgets and brand guidelines.
• Provide guidance to a team of Project Managers and to key stakeholders
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical brands operational processes and expectations
• Provice optimization of processes and procedures in order to meet goals efficiently.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of program management experience in pharmaceutical (HCP/DTC) advertising or marketing agency environment
• Experience managing projects in digital, video and across channels
• Experience with MLR submissions in Veeva required
• Previous experience project managing across large organizations and tracking multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum budget management of programs over 1 million dollars
• Client-facing experience required, including reporting, strategic updates, and relationship building
• Strong quality control experience and experience utilizing project management and presentation tools
• Cross-functional collaboration and engagement expected
