Hourly Rate: $35-45/hr (w2) DOE

Clutch is looking for a Senior Medical Editor for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Review pharmaceutical content: slide decks, digital, traditional
• Check for regulatory compliancy with requirements, and target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements.
• Copy edit, proofread, and fact check materials.
• Support the editorial team as needed and oversee a small team
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and fact check.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, spelling, grammar, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's required.
• 4-5+ years of experience as a Medical Editor with experience in an agency setting.
• AOR experience in a pharmaceutical agency.
• Previous experience with AMA style guide required.
• Veeva submission experience strongly preferred.
• Experience fact checking, annotating and referencing required.
• Ability to take an editing assessment (required)
• Strong collaboration and management skills preferred.
• Available 30-40 hours/week during business hours through the end of September 2026.
