Role: Group Account Supervisor - Pharma Agency

Rate: $40-55/hr (w2) DOE

Clutch is looking for an Group Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
• Oversee programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
• Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
• Manage account budgets and timelines, communicating all updates.
• Lead teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay current on industry trends through market research, innovation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or advertising agency.
• Previous experience working with DTC pharmaceutical clients required.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns in tight timelines.
• Previous experience with dermatology therapeutics strongly preferred!
• Ability to be hands-on in execution.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance for pharma required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be client-facing required.
• Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote project management tools.
• MUST be local to CHI, PHL, or NYC for consideration! No exceptions.
