Clutch is looking for an experienced Visual Design Project Manager for a client of ours, a successful organization with a high-performing Communications team. This professional will be critical in managing the creative development lifecycle of marketing materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and efficient project leader.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the execution of all two-dimensional (2D) creative projects, encompassing both digital and print marketing assets, overseeing every phase from initiation to final delivery.
- Establish, track, and diligently maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Proactively address and resolve potential roadblocks to ensure strict adherence to all committed deadlines.
- Systematically review and assign tasks, managing the weekly and daily workflow and capacity of the creative design team in collaboration with the Resource Management function.
- Serve as the central point of contact, facilitating seamless collaboration and clear communication between the creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and other internal groups.
- Organize and lead all critical project meetings, including initial kickoffs, regular status check-ins, and final creative reviews, ensuring all participants are aligned on objectives and progress.
- Champion and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing project management processes, tools, and best practices, aiming for peak efficiency and team support.
- Monitor project outcomes to confirm deliverables meet or exceed departmental and client expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely, concise status updates to Program Managers and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in a relevant field such as Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Design.
- Must possess a minimum of six years of proven experience managing complex creative projects for a diverse range of marketing materials within either an agency or a corporate creative department.
- Prior hands-on experience utilizing enterprise-level project management software, such as Workfront, is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the development, design, and technical processes involved in creating online (digital) sites is a bonus.
