Role: Pharmaceutical Marketing Data Analyst

Location: Remote (EST) MUST BE LOCATED AND AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US

Clutch is looking for an experienced Analyst for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Data Preparation & Cleaning: Take raw technical outputs from Data Scientists and perform necessary data cleaning and structuring to ensure results are usable.
• Interpretation & Reporting: Convert complex data outputs, tables, and metrics into clear, concise, and actionable initial findings briefs for Strategist consumption.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous QA on all data deliverables, proactively flagging anomalies or questions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Visualization: Build standard tables and create compelling visuals to facilitate data synthesis and storytelling.
• Documentation: Maintain reproducible notebooks or templates for analytical processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Project Support: Support multiple concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing tasks and triaging urgent requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL skills (must-have).
• Demonstrated ability to convert numerical data into clear, short, and effective written findings.
• Highly detail-oriented and dependable with strong habits for documentation.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn and work with specialized platform outputs, specifically PurpleLab data.
• Experience working with healthcare claims or real-world data (RWD) strongly preferred.
