Role: Project Manager - Visual Design Focus

Location: Montgomery County, PA

Salary: $80-115k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Project Manager with a focus in Visual Design for an in-house client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the execution and delivery of 2D creative communication projects.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, scope, and progress reports.
• Manage the flow of projects from planning through review to final delivery, ensuring effective collaboration across creative, marketing, and internal teams.
• Create, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules and milestones, proactively addressing risks to meet all deadlines.
• Organize and lead key meetings (kickoffs, status updates) to ensure all stakeholders agree on project goals and progress.
• Partner with the Resource Manager to ensure adequate staffing and guarantee that final deliverables meet high quality standards and departmental expectations.
• Continuously seek and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Design required.
• 3.0+ GPA required for consideration.
• 6-7+ years of experience in a project management position in an agency or corporate, in-house setting required.
• Experience with a DTC brand/brands preferred.
• Workfront and/or similar project management platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of development and design of digital and websites.
• Ability to work on-site daily.
