Clutch has a client looking for an Associate Media Director with pharmaceutical media agency experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, implement, and manage print, digital, social media, OOH, DOOH, CTV campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of client business goals for multiple accounts.
- Proactively identify, assess, and implement new opportunities and optimizations within digital channels.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive paid search strategies, encompassing keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Conduct daily monitoring of key platform performance metrics to inform and enhance paid media strategy.
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets across multiple channels, aligning with approved budgets and campaign KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze critical performance metrics, delivering insightful and actionable recommendations on a monthly and quarterly basis based on optimization logs, auction dynamics, and market trends.
- Execute and analyze digital paid media campaign tests, extracting data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with digital and traditional media teams, strategically planning media buys to ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing plan.
Requirements:
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital & traditional media required.
- 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical media agency setting required.

POC experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in managing innovative media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree in media, marketing, or similar.
- Preference for candidates that have been client facing.
- Experience in managing integrated media planning/buying.
