Role: Business Affairs Manager- Influencer Talent Ops

Location: Remote (MUST be located in LA or NYC)

Rate: $90-110k DOE

Clutch is looking for a Business Affairs Manager with creator agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and track Creator Services Agreements through execution, managing all redlines and revisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end deal process, identifying potential risks early and ensuring adherence to tight deadlines.
• Coordinate invoicing, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely payments for talent across campaigns.
• Serve as the internal expert on deals, influencer marketing trends, and rate expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and payments, and provide reporting support to the client and account teams.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in Business Affairs or Talent Operations, with specific experience in the influencer space.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Google Suite.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong experience with contract negotiation and editing.
• Experience with invoicing and budget management required.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency, working in the influencer space.
